EATALY - Ristorazione e Slow Food

And now, Eataly has also come to Trieste. In the capital of Friuli Venezia Giulia it opened the pocket "Eataly shop to the East of Italy", largely inspired by its winds blowing in this region.
The new store was built by the Old Warehouse Wines, a historic building with impressive views over the Port, built in 1902 for the storage of barrels coming from Istria and Dalmatia.
Completely built in stone and wood, today was restored by the Florentine architect Marco Casamonti, which has built inside a further independent building covered with Istrian stone walls intertwined by large windows, from which you can enjoy the Panorama of the gulf and the port of Trieste.
For some years now, Trieste has emerged from the austere image of Hapsburg's reminiscence to become a dynamic town and as one of the most sought after tourist destinations, as evidenced by the flourishing of new premises and interesting aggregation points.
Eataly's new opening in the Julian city is another example of this constant process of modernization.
Apart from underground parking, Eataly Trieste is spread over three floors.
